Chiling Steel Limited The ultimate parent company of the Chiling Group started business in 1966.

It has grown over the years from trading of flat rolled steel sheets in Hong Kong into a conglomerate comprising of  various manufacturing and value-added operations throughout South China.

Our head office is in Hong Kong along with our  trading business. Our carbon steel service centre  Wan Lee operates in Shenzhen.

Wan Lee Metal Works Limited, established in 1973, is the first of the Chiling group of companies providing professional steel services in Hong Kong.

By the late 1980s, the majority of the Hong Kong manufacturing sector has re-located its factories to China. In order to better serve our customers, Wan Lee Metal Works(Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. was set up in 1994 as a wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise in Kong Ming - half way between Shenzhen and Dongguan ,GuangDong Province,China.
